I’ve began my real estate education in 1998 when I first read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. Whether you love him or hate him, the concepts in his book can not be denied. There is wealth in real estate.
I got my real estate license in the spring of 2005, right in the midst of the real estate frenzy. I soon began gravitating towards the real estate investment side of the business.
Since then, I have helped clients buy their first multifamily property, single family residence, and I have played an integral part of numerous land deals.
I have spent countless hours in the classroom learning about assignments, contracts, cash-flow properties, and partnerships. I am actively persuing the CCIM designation which will help me distinguish myself from the crowd even more.
