Zillow Says Portland Real Estate is Down 3.3%

Zillow Just released their 2nd quarter real estate numbers. Portland is still not nearly as bad as the rest of the country (9.9% decline), but to me it appears it will only be a matter of time. These numbers are in comparison to the 2nd quarter from last year.
