Chapter 6-Benefits of the PRO Report

The PRO Report is a informational summary that fills in the gap between traditional refinancing and loan modifications. The first section is Broker Price Opinion (BPO) that gives you 3 recently sold bank owned or short sale comparables. It also includes 3 active short sale listings and 2 closed Non distressed comparables. This will give you the solid idea of the value of your home. the distressed values give you the low quick sale value. the Non distressed give the retail value. This can be used as supplemental value to support the decision to order a full appraisal for refinance or to fight a low HVCC appraisal. The second section of the PRO Report gives you data on probability of potential loan modification should your refinance not produce the results you seek.
