I follow certain people who are completely in the know. Meredith Whitney is one of those people. Don’t let her great looks fool you, this woman can move markets. She can tear a bank stock price down within minutes of her public comments. I have a lot of respect for her. I included this video and embedded inside my new E Book because I felt her relevant comments on why banks prefer to issue modifcations versus issue new loan on a refinance.
